Hello friends welcome to another self improvement blog post. I am always happy to create something meaningful in this space. It is a pleasure to share my own life experiences and journey with all of you readers through this website.

Today is August 1st and that is the principal reason why I decided to blog about this topic. We have a new month awaiting is on you to start making the difference in your life today. It is never late for improvement. The year begin and we set goals that we never go back to. Everyday you have a new opportunity to create the life you've always want. There is something powerful about beginnings that make us push ourselves harder. Take advantage of this new month to look back at those goals, dreams and intentions you have. Do not settle for less than you deserve.

How to start your self-improvement journey?

About 8 years ago I was in a really bad place; I was depressed and used to cry everyday. My life had no meaning back then, and i couldn't understand how someone could go through so much. My job was not to understand but to trust the process and embrace it. It was really difficult to look back and see the opportunities in so much hardship, but one day i decided to google - HOW TO CHANGE MY LIFE?

1- Make the decision that you want to change your life.

I had to first decided that i wanted to change in order to do so. When we realized that we are not getting the results we want by staying the same way is when we are ready to unfold a new level in our life. You do not have to do anything out of the ordinary. Just say - I need a change in my life or - I need to change my life. The answers and circumstances, even the people that will help you accomplished that will start showing up for you to advance on this journey.

2- Cultivate the momentum.

We can't rely on inspiration because it comes and goes. If you sit there waiting to be inspire or motivated to start working on your goals; you will be there forever. What you can do is cultivate the momentum. What does that mean? Extend your motivation/inspiration to days, weeks or even mornings. This has a lot to do with practicing mindfulness and taking care of our mind. Listen to audios that inspire you, conferences, podcast, YouTube videos or even Instagram. Practice meditation to relax and quiet your mind. change your thoughts to positive ones and speak good, abundant works. That will create momentum and excitement in your daily basis.

3- Take action.

To create anything in our lives we must take action. There is no such thing as the universe will make it happen without you doing anything first. When it comes to taking action, I like to mention FAITH. God tells that if we have faith and believe with our hearth in that what we want, then it's already ours. You first need to believe for God to see your faith and start setting the path for your success. Belief will drive your actions. When you start believing that you can improve your life, that you are in control, that you are the creator of your own reality things start happening for you. Take a small step today that will take you in the direction of tomorrow. You wont see results right away, but if you are consistent and your actions become your new habits there wont be a need to think about tomorrow because you will be in love with your life.
