Hello friends, welcome back to another post. i am happy to be here as always with new content o cultivate a healthier mindset.

Today i will be sharing with you three super basic steps to find good opportunities in every struggle. I don't want to complicate this post, so lets get into it.

1- Be positive

When we are in the middle of the chaos the least thing we think of is being positive. Positivism gets erase from our system the minute we are going through bad times. You must affirm 1000 times if necessary that everything is going to be OK. I know at first this is just going to sound ridiculous, but you must continue with the positive affirmation until things start making a little more sense to you. You are not going anywhere by being negative, so it will be more efficient if you do the opposite trust me. Life is better when we are positive and if you don't believe this try to do this exorcise for a week and you will see the changes. Try to scan all of your thoughts for a week and when the negative thinking comes, look at it and change it for a positive one. For example, oh men i have to go to that stupid job again, and i really don't want to go. (changed) i am going to my job with a positive mindset and no matter what comes to me i will take it with patience and positivism.

I don't expect for you to be saying i love my job, i love my job if you don't, but go for something more realistic in a positive way. there is always a positive outcome to everything. Give it a try.

2- What is the worst that could happen?

If you are a very negative person, thinking of a negative outcome will help to alleviate the struggle you are going through. What will be the worst case scenario that you will find yourself into in this situation. When you think about this a relieve will automatically will come to you because you will see that the worst is not so bad after all, not only that, the worst is also manageable, so if you could handle the worst that means you can also handle the best. Think about what could be the best that could happen and expect that to happen.

You already know that you can manage the bad one, now all you need to do is figure out how can you actually take action to make the best out of it.

3- Ask yourself this: What this happened for?

instead of asking why or be praying to God why this things happened to me start asking this question What this happened for? then, shut up and listen. A lot of times we can hear the answer to anything because all we do is talk and talk and there is not space for receiving any answer, so first give yourself quiet time to listen. The universe, God or whoever higher force you pray to always has an answer for you, just be open to listen to it. Also, trust yourself and your intuition. Deep down you always have the answer for everything and you always know how to act, but a lot of times the fear wont let you see clearly, so pay attention to the little voice inside your head commanding comfortable things. You will know how to identify it because usually this things are the ones that scare us the most, or the ones that we reveal to. Try to find the root to all the struggle in the first place and you will see that this is actually easier than you think.
