GO AFTER YOUR FEARS. WHY GOING AFTER YOUR FEARS IS THE BEST WAY TO ACCOMPLISH YOUR DREAMS?

Yes, I know I sound crazy, just a little, but I guarantee you, is better to do what really scare you than what make you feel comfortable.



I still in the process of mastering this theory myself because (UNSAFE) is not my thing. I like to know the outcome before even taking any decision, but I have learned thru experience that is not always the best because it holds us back from taking important steps for our life.


The times that I followed my fears, just two things had happened:

· I LEARNED A BIG LESSON

· SOMENTHING GOOD CAME OUT


I have learned to live a life free of regrets, and even if you say the common phrase “I do not regret anything”

Come on, it is not that you have to tell anyone, but at least admit to yourself that there are certain things that you would have done different.


3 TIPS ON HOW TO GO AFTER YOUR FEARS

1. TAKE ACTION


When you stay statically in your comfort zone is like you are giving your fears permission to come into your life and do with it whatever it wants to. Do not do that to yourself. Acting is the best way we have to face what we are afraid of, so just do something, even if it small it is going to help you to push it away.


IDENTIFY YOUR FEARS


Once you know what you are afraid of, it will be so much easier to proceed.

What is badgering you? Is it a real problem or something your mind made up?

Keep in mind that fear start in our mind.

What is the best that could happen? What can you do now to make it better?


GET INFORMED



Is it that bad? Get the most information you can out of the situation. Sometimes we also get scare because we lack information.

Do not be afraid to ask but get a trusted source. Do not just go online. Support your research calling specialist in the area that you need help with.


2. GET OUT OF YOUR MIND


You are not your thoughts, don’t let your mind run your life, take control over it, and stop overthinking.

I have to deal with overthinking everyday of my life, and I have gotten way better. I found out that we overthink because we can not let go of expectations, and also because we do not trust the process.


WE ARE NOT GOD


No matter how much you think or how much you plan, things are never going to be as you may think 100%, so we need to let go and trust the that everything is going to be ok.

GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD


3. YOU ARE GOING TO DIE



I know it sounds ugly, really ugly, but this is reality. We are all going to die one day, so is it worth to be afraid?

Take advantage of the time life is giving you now, use it on new projects to improve your life and other’s life as well. Remember, we are here on a mission even if you still unknown yours, but our purpose involves making this world a better place and helping humans to growth.

When you realize that you are here for a short period of time to accomplish and discover your life purpose, that day, my friend, that day you are going to live fearless.
