Chapter #1 Fitness and It’s Ups and Downs.

Hello guys:

I hope you have had an amazing week. This is chapter #1 on the new series “ A fitness journey”

I mentioned in my last post which was the introduction to the serie about the mentality that we have to adopt in order to acomplish not just your perfect body, but also all of your goals in life. First, this is not the easiest, and that you probably know by now. If it was easy then, everybody would of have a nice body and abs.

I am not here to talk about the same thing that everybody mention, and the reason why is because IT HASN’T WORK FOR ME AT ALL. I have been in the fitness journey pretty much for about 2-3 years now, and I still do not have abs, so do not get discourage.

Why fitness does not work for you?

I want to talk to you a little bit about when i first started and how things basically happened after that, so you have an idea, but i will also be the most clear and direct that i could be, so you can find your answers. At the begining, I always knew that I wanted to improve my body, the quality of my life and my health. Those were the top 3, but on the other side, i wanted to look good of course. I asked myself several times How am i gonna do this? I found myself lost more than once. I joined the gym with all my heart on it and a big desire to accomplish my goals, but i never believed i could really do it. I always felt inferior looking at other women’s body. I felt bad, jealius and descourage many times. I started looking for fast solutions like most people do, and in no time, I was doung like three different diets at the same time. It was a hard time at the moment. Then, I started following fitness accounts on youtube to get some knowledge, but nothing seemse to work for more than two weeks. This has to do with motivation, lack of information, bad dieting, and the most important mentality. If you have the mentality of a looser, then you will lose no matter what you do. For me, It was always ups and downs, and i did not know better. Diet works, exersicing works and fasting works. Everything you could do to improve your health and life quality will eventually work, but it will stop working once you start losing the positive and winning mentality that you are suposed to have. There is a way to make it happen, of course there is. There is a way to win this game and have the abs you dreamed about, and we are going to do this together. I am doing this discovery for me, but also to help you guys on this journey. I started last week when i posted the introduction to this series, and i am not gonna lie it is being tough to keep up a good diet and macros, but it is working and i am going to tell you why in my next chapter.
